From Ectomorph to Hybrid Trainer

Before — 45kg

I am a certified personal trainer, training people for about 3 years and working out for about 7 years.

I started as a scrawny ectomorph boy, my first year I spent trying what works, what doesn’t, and how to workout. I regret a lot not hiring a trainer to save time and to help me progress faster.
Then I gained muscles but I did that just by pumping the muscles on machines and isolation exercises so I found out that I have no functional strength, I had muscles without the strength to use them.
Therefore, I started adding more functional exercises and fell in love with calisthenics.

Now I help others not to make same mistakes and help them not just Pump the Muscles but Build Them.

About Hybrid Trainings

With Calisthenics you can gain serious functional strength because almost every exercise is compound.
It’s not just pull ups and push ups, if you’re too weak for some exercise, there’s an easier alternative. If you’re too strong, we’ll pick a harder alternative, or just add weight. Calisthenics also brings Calisthenics Skills, that don’t just that it looks cool on instagram but you build insane core and static strength, which is not worked in Bodybuilding at all.
Pairing this with big compound barbell movements (Bench, Squat, Deadlift) and smart isolation work creates balanced, strong and athletic physique.
